We process all orders within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard shipping (Australia only): 3–7 business days

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Since VanHerb Hair Oil is a cosmetic product, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

If one of the above occurs:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and photo of the issue

  3. We’ll provide instructions for returning the product and issue a refund or replacement

Please note:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Individual results may vary depending on hair type, condition, lifestyle, and consistency of use
